What materials are used to make the Boards?
Sturdy 1×4’s are used for the frame making it extremely lighter than traditional boards and a cross piece in the middle of the frame to prevent bounce. 5/8 inch sanded plywood for the top.
How do you paint the boards?
We cover all of the top screws with filler and then sand and prime the boards. We use exterior gloss paint for the color and add at least two coats.
How do you put logos on the boards?
We can do full wraps or just do decals and paint the rest.
How can I see what colors will be used for my boards?
You select from our menu or can email us after the order to share any custom needs. You will get a proof prior to production.
BAGS
How do you make the bags?
Bags are 6 inches by 6 inches and are double stitched using an upholstery thread. The duck cloth is 10 oz. and we fill the bags with either 1 lb of corn or plastic pellets based on your preference.
How can I see what colors will be used for my bags?
The image file for the bags gives the best approximation of color for the bags. If you don’t see the color you want email us and we can see what we can do to accommodate.
SHIPPING/LOCAL PICK-UP & TURNAROUND TIME
Do you offer Delivery or Local Pickup?
We useed to offer local pickup but since COVID we no longer do. Our custom sets are built by by professional builders that have been doing this for over two decades but they are not local as we are to Richmond. So everything is shipped to within the domestic US via FedEx.
What’s your turnaround time?
Typically once proof is approved it can be built and delivered within two weeks. Certain times of year are busier think of Graduations, Father’s Day, and Christmas for example.
